To Place a Single or Cross Body Register

Select either the Single or Cross Body Register option from the Registers gallery.

The Place Component dialog will display.

Select a Placement Point option from the Settings tab.

Set the HVAC Match Settings options as necessary.

Expand the HVAC Port Settings tab and define the options available for the port end preparations.

Click the Design Conditions to define the size parameters for the component. (Width, Height, etc.)

Note: You may use the other property fields in the Placement dialog to define more specific values for the component as needed.

Pick a point in the model to place the register and left click to accept.

Optional: If connecting to, or inserting into an existing duct run, pick the desired location for the Register and left click to accept the pick.

Use the mouse to determine the rotation for the Register and left click to accept.

Right-click to end the placement procedure.
